A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Where anyone who violates the Urban Parks, Green Areas, etc. Act intends to install any facilities, buildings or structures other than park facilities or fell bamboo and trees in any urban park, he/she shall obtain permission for occupation from the competent administrative agency;

Nevertheless, from October 2009 to February 2, 2010, the Defendant cut 100 trees, such as pine trees, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, in the forest located in the wife population C from October 2009 to February 2, 201, and installed a building to cut the site of 660 square meters in order to build one wooden house and build a wooden pole.

3. Any person who intends to cut standing timber in a forest in violation of the Creation and Management of Forest Resources Act shall obtain permission to cut standing timber from the competent authorities;

Nevertheless, from October 2009 to February 2010, the Defendant cut 100 trees, such as pine trees, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, in forest land located in the wife population C from the competent authorities.

4. No one who violates the State Property Act and the Rearrangement of Agricultural and Fishing Villages Act shall use or profit from State property without following the procedures and methods prescribed by the State Property Act and other Acts, and illegally occupy or use agricultural infrastructure without justifiable grounds;

Nevertheless, the defendant from October 2009 to February 2010.
