A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 26, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution at the Changwon District Court on September 26, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 7, 2014 and is currently under the grace period.

1. On April 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00, at the “E” convenience store for the operation of Kimhae-si C Victim D, the Defendant obstructed the sales of the goods by force of 20 minutes, such as: (b) the Defendant did not calculate only one liquor while under the influence of alcohol; and (c) on the ground that the Defendant’s victim prevented him from entering the said facility, she did not take a bath, such as “this spile, spile,” etc., and prevented him/her from entering the facility, on the ground that he/she was under the influence of alcohol.

2. On May 15, 2014, around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s real estate brokerage business by force of 30 minutes of the victim’s real estate volume, such as “Sari, fat, and fat, fatd, fatd” in front of the “H” licensed real estate agent office for the operation of the GF in Kimhae-si; and (b) on the ground that the victim was locked the entrance, the Defendant was shaking of the entrance on the ground that the defective victim got the entrance.”

3. On June 10, 2014, around 10:30, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s food sales business by force on a quantity of three-hour basis, including: (a) the Defendant, at “K”-type point of the operation of the GJ of the Kimhae-si Kim Jong-si, and (b) the Defendant, upon the request of the victim for drinking alcohol upon the victim’s request; (c) the victim’s request for drinking alcohol; and (d) the victim was unable to enter the customers by drinking alcohol

4. On June 21, 2014, at around 21:00, the Defendant obstructed the sales of the victim’s goods by force, such as 30-minutes, on the ground that under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was able to see the “M convenience store” in the management of the victim I L, and on the ground that the victim would change his/her entrance at the entrance, and thus, obstructed the sales of the victim’s goods by 30-minutes.

5. The Defendant at around 12:30 of the end of June 2014, at the “P” food store operated by Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, and at the “P” store, the Defendant is bad, and is inside, the victimO that made food under the influence of alcohol.
