Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On December 2018, the Defendant violated the Korean Racing Association Act regarding the operation of a private horse site: (a) paid a price of KRW 500,000 to operate the private horse site (E) from a person whose name is not known to him/her; and (b) recruited participants to operate it.

No person, other than a marina society, shall commit any act similar to a riding vote in connection with a racing conducted by a marina society to pay property or property benefits to the enemy, and design, manufacture or distribute a system that issues marina tickets or others similar thereto through an information and communications network for such act, or provide such a system to the public for use.

Nevertheless, at around 13:45 on January 11, 2019, the Defendant granted a ID (F or G) and a password (H) to access the site from the 1st floor of the Korean Racing Association 107, as the Sincheon-si Park, Sincheon-si, Seoul Sea Road, and deposited KRW 400,000 into the J bank account (K) in the name of Madice purchase, and then charged the said C with cyber money so that the said C may take horse riding voting for the horse horse held by the marina society, and transferred the cyber money, which the C received in accordance with the ratio of distribution of E society, to money, exchanged in cash.

In addition, until February 15, 2019, the Defendant charged cyber money equivalent to 110% of the amount deposited under the name of 11.4 million won for the purchase of horse tickets over eight occasions, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1) of attached Table No. 2019, and charged the betting amount by predicting the results of the horse racing in real-time relay society, and as a result, the Defendant paid dividends on the basis of the “determined dividend” announced by the Korean Racing Association to the winner of the horse riding, and if he did not enter the horse riding, the amount of the betting amount.
