1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from May 29, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. The Plaintiff, on January 30, 2012, lent KRW 50,000,00 to the Defendant for a period of one year after the due date. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 50,000,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from May 29, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a duplicate of the instant complaint.
