Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2020, the Defendant, at the front parking lot B located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City, carried three copies of a traffic-on landing system at the 51,000 won, which was kept by the victim D, in the front parking lot B of the Busan Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
