1. The defendant shall pay 48,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from July 1, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

On February 17, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract with the Defendant to conclude a contract with the effect that he/she will accept 49,900,000 won of the cost of construction among the new construction works for a multi-household house in the Geum-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. While the Plaintiff supplied human resources to the above construction site from February 17, 2014 to March 30, 2014, the Plaintiff failed to receive 48,000,000 won out of the cost of construction. 2.
