On May 13, 2018, the Defendant driven at around 04:32, 2018, the B rocketing car under the influence of 5 meters at a 5-meter alcohol level (0.071%) in the 3rd underground floor parking lot located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-ro 61, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, the place other than the road.
