Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 3, 2015, around 16:30 on the 16:30th day of the Geum River located in Masan-si, Sinsan-si, the Defendant driven a Blute vehicle with approximately KRW 200-meter alcohol concentration of approximately 0.104% in alcohol content in the middle of the construction in an agricultural and fishing village located in the Gunsan-si, Sinsan-si.
