1. In the first instance trial, the Plaintiff sought revocation of the Defendant’s non-specific decision-making of a person who rendered distinguished service to the State on October 19, 2015, as stated in the above purport of the claim, as well as revocation of the pertinent decision-making of a person holding distinguished service to the State on October 19, 2015. The first instance court dismissed the Plaintiff’s claim for revocation of the above non-specific decision-making of a person holding distinguished service to the State and accepted the part seeking revocation of the above non-specific decision-making of a person holding distinguished

Therefore, since only the plaintiff appealed on the part against it, the scope of the trial of this court shall be limited to the part against the plaintiff in the judgment of the first instance.

2. The court's explanation of this case is the same as the entry of the part falling under the above scope of adjudication among the grounds for the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, according to Article 8 (2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, the part of the reasons is cited as it is.

3. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
