A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around September 3, 2013, the Defendant drafted a false complaint against D at the Defendant’s house located in C at Fari-si.

On October 1, 2010, the complaint states that "The defendant D, the defendant of the complaint, forged an application for a long-term insurance refund in order to terminate the modern marine insurance under the name of the complainant and voluntarily terminated the contract," and the fact that the defendant agreed at the time that the contract was terminated.

In this respect, the defendant was arrested for the purpose of having D receive criminal punishment.

2. Around January 5, 2014, the Defendant drafted a false complaint against D at the Defendant’s house located in Sc at Fari-si, with a false statement on D.

The complaint states that "The defendant defendant D voluntarily prepared an application for Samsung Fire Insurance Contract under the name of the complainant and the complainant's children, such as the list of crimes in the annexed Form No. 3, and that at the time, the defendant agreed that the defendant will subscribe to the insurance contract (excluding No. 3) in the annexed list of crimes.

Nevertheless, on January 6, 2014, the defendant submitted a written complaint to the police officer who is unable to know his name at the Netcheon Police Station located in the Gecheon-si, Gacheon-si.
