Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 22, 2014, the Defendant prepared a false complaint against C using a computer at the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office in front of the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu.

The following facts are as follows: “The Defendant C, from August 2008 to February 28, 2014, was working as the Director of the D Management Office, and was found to have been embezzled after withdrawing cash 2 million won as the construction cost for the replacement of the head of the shopping mall, Defendant C, who was the president of the commercial building, by using a position that entirely manages the collection and withdrawal of public funds, even though he had not performed the replacement of the head of D Management Office around September 30, 2013.”

Nevertheless, the defendant submitted the above complaint to the person in charge who is unable to know his name in the public service center of the Seoul Southern District Public Prosecutor's Office on the same day.

As a result, the defendant was arrested for the purpose of having C receive criminal punishment.

2. On July 24, 2014, the Defendant prepared a false complaint with respect to C using a computer at the above office of a certified judicial scrivener with incompetence.

The contents and the fact that “The Defendant C, while serving as the Director of D Management Office from June 2008 to February 2014, 201, additionally collected KRW 62,362,281 from June 2008 to February 2014, and embezzled by arbitrarily using 62,362,281 as a result of the work, while imposing electricity charges on the owners and tenants of commercial buildings, and imposing at will 10-20% more than the actual amount of electricity usage,” the Defendant C did not normally pay the electricity charges to Korea and embezzled them.

Nevertheless, the defendant submitted the above complaint to the person in charge who is unable to know his name in the public service center of the Seoul Southern District Public Prosecutor's Office on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant has C punished criminal punishment.
