Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 16:00 on June 20, 2016, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) operated the B truck owned by the Defendant, which was not covered by the mandatory motor vehicle insurance, to the roads near the same Eup/Myeon 26-ro 26-ro Roon Haaking parking lot in the same Eup/Myeon.

2. Violation of the Automobile Management Act;

A. On June 2016, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership with respect to the foregoing cargo vehicles within 15 days from the receipt of the cargo vehicles described in paragraph (1) from the Doman in the vicinity of the same Dol-ri, Shinpo-si, Kimpo-si.

B. On July 2, 2016, at around 10:00, the Defendant illegally used the registration license plate by attaching the registration license plate of the EA, which was easily acquired in the street near C’s location, to the front part of the cargo as indicated in paragraph (1), at the new fluence parking lot of the Gopo-si, Gopo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.
