A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall forge a registration number plate nor use a forged registration number plate;

Nevertheless, around April 2016, the Defendant forged a registration number plate in a manner that, around 2016, at the Defendant’s residence located in B housing No. 101, a white plastic board is well attached to the Defendant’s registration license plate, and a tamper, which is recorded as “C” above, is attached to the front registration license plate owned by the Defendant, and the registration license plate is attached to the Defendant’s C motor vehicle.

6. From 15. 06:00, the above vehicle was operated.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the registration number plate and used the forged registration number plate.

2. Around 06:00 on June 15, 2016, the Defendant was driving a Cchip car without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 20 km from the front of the B-house to the front of the new construction site of the Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, which is located in the 646th Ri of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.
