Punishment of the crime

1. A person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, but the defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership within 15 days after he/she purchased a DNA motor vehicle registered in the name of C in the street located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu,

2. On April 17, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) operated D Mt Motor Vehicles from the Yan-si to the F charging Station in Pyeongtaek-si E without obtaining a driver’s license on April 7, 2017.

The author was unaware of whether the order to suspend the operation of a vehicle was issued, and he became aware of it with the police officer today.

The signature in the following G name was signed and sealed by the defendant, and submitted it to the police officer in charge.

Accordingly, the defendant forged another person's signature for the purpose of exercising the right, and exercised the forged other person's signature.
