Criminal facts

1. From February 14, 2019 to 11:30 on February 14, 2019, the employees of the scaming scams sent text messages to the effect that “the Internet telephone system has been opened in the victim’s name” to the victim B from around 11:30 on the premise of the scambling and unscambing, and the victim called “the account opened in the name of the principal is connected to the crime. If all the money held by the principal is transferred to the account designated by us, it shall be confirmed whether the crime has been committed, and shall be returned to the bank interest after calculating the interest of the bank.” From then on February 13:42, 2019, the Defendant received the money totaling KRW 13 million through the C bank account (D) in the name of the Defendant from the victim and received it.

In addition, from February 11, 2019 to 200, the name omitted employees called E Bank employees from around 11, 2019, and called “it is possible to grant a loan up to 50 million won if part of the existing loans received from the second financial right is repaid” by phoneing the victim F, and then they acquired money from the said victim through the above C Bank account in the Defendant’s name on February 14, 2019.

2. On February 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from the Defendant to the effect that “a loan is made by creating a transaction performance and raising credit; (b) if the deposit is made in the passbook, it shall be sent to the person designated by the Defendant after withdrawing the deposit; and (c) was aware that the Defendant’s account may be used for the crime of Bosing; and (d) at that time, notified the Defendant of the account number and password of the above Cbank account in the name of the Defendant.

Then, the Defendant is from February 14, 2019 to February 14:15 to 14:49, at the point of lock-gu Seoul Bank Stail Station located in Songpa-gu Seoul.
