Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who works as a regular manager of "Dwa Holdings" located on the 9th floor of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C.

The Victim E, who is the lessor of the said wa Holdings, (the remaining, 59 years old), had the court execute the order of surrender based on the court ruling on the said wa Holdings, and installed a temporary store of approximately 3.5 square meters in width, approximately 2 meters in height, and a store of a glass structure.

On May 14, 2016, at around 11:300, the Defendant mobilized the above temporary shop installed by the victim for the purpose of marriage wedding proceeding on the same day, and removed the Switzerland and glass by opening it.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged 10 million won of a temporary store which is made of the studios and glass.
