A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Daejeon District Court Branch of the Daejeon District Court on October 2, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence in the astronomical Prison on October 2, 2014.

1. On March 18, 2017, around 15:20, the Defendant: (a) stolen the gap in the marriage ceremony receipt stand of the victim E of Dawa Holdings located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Namcheon-gu; (b) with a stable bag containing KRW 500,000,000 in cash located therein.

2. On April 1, 2017, at around 12:41, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with four bags containing a total of KRW 300,000,000,00,000 in cash, including three bags of stables containing KRW 50,000,00 in cash; and (b) one bags of stables containing KRW 1.50,000 in cash.
