Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has operated a trading hole with her husband B.

On April 3, 2015, B entered into a lease contract for public property for “D trading service and trading ancillary facilities (D)” with the authority delegated on April 3, 2015 and entered into a wedding business on March 14, 2016 with the victim F to engage in the said trading service, but the said contract entered into on March 14, 2016 without permission, thereby infringing the said D trading service without permission by mobilization of the private security service company around August 10, 2017.

As a result, B, while being investigated by the police on September 18, 2017, gave up the right to the trading hole and delivered the trading hole to the victim, and caused him to manage and operate it.

The Defendant: (a) around October 13, 2017; (b) around 14:24, 2017; (c) around September 18, 2017, the Defendant made a preliminary promise with the said victim by means of mobile phone text messages, even though there was no problem in the victim’s usual delivery of the said crowdfunding from B and the Defendant on September 18, 2017; and (d) even though there was no problem in the operation and wedding of the crowdfunding; (b) the Defendant made a preliminary promise with the said victim via mobile phone text messages.
