A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the nurse of the E hospital in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, the head of the operating room. The victim F (n, 22 years of age, 26 years of age, 10) is the trainee of the above hospital. The victim G (n, 26 years of age, 26 years of age) is the nurse of the above hospital, and the victim H (n, 18 years of age, 18 years of age, 23 years of age, 199) and victim I (n, 23 years of age, 200) was operated at the above hospital.

1. Indecent acts by force against victims F;

A. On April 1, 2015, at around 16:30, the Defendant: (a) considered the victim F, who was seated with the victim F, who was a trainee in the operation preparation room at the above hospital, and her own arms, she saw the victim into the victim; (b) 2:3 wheels ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice 1, and

B. From 15:00 to 16:00 on May 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported the Victim F F who was seated in the preparation room for the operation of the above hospital; (b) took the Victim F in front of the Victim; and (c) forced the Victim’s Hubucks by taking the Victim’s bucks into one’s bridge; and (d) forced the Victim’s her two arms by hand; and (e) forced the Victim’s chest and her chests; and (e) forced the Victim to commit an indecent act.

2. Indecent acts by force against victims G;

A. From July 2015 to August 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by forcing the victim by taking out the victim’s buckbucks in one’s own bridge to be one’s own legs while leaving the victim’s bucks in the operation room of the said hospital as well as the victim’s G.

B. From August 2015 to September 2015, the Defendant: (a) had been in the operation room of the pertinent hospital with the victim G; (b) prevented the victim from leaving the victim’s buckbucks on his/her own bridge with his/her own double bridge; (c) caused the victim’s bucks by hand; and (d) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by taking the victim’s bucks into account the victim’s bucks.

The Defendant is the above hospital between November 201 and December 12, 2015.
