The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. At around 17:10 on June 29, 2018, the summary of the facts charged: (a) the Defendant had a dispute with the Defendant’s wife and employees in front of the restaurant operated by the Defendant in Gwangju Mine-gu, on the front of the restaurant; and (b) had the victim D referred to the Defendant as a member of the restaurant in front of the restaurant; (c) had a dispute with the Defendant; and (d) had the victim said, “I am the ground or the part of the gumine at 12 hours at the night. I am the victim publicly insulting the victim by saying, “I am the part of the Domine. I am the Domine at 12 hours at the night.”

2. Determination

(a) Offenses subject to prosecution upon complaint: Articles 312 (1) and 311 of the Criminal Act;

B. Declaration of withdrawal of complaint: Submission of a statement of withdrawal of complaint to the effect that the victim would revoke the complaint against the defendant on January 28, 2019, which was after the prosecution of this case.

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
