Defendant

A, B, and C shall be punished by a fine of two million won, and Defendant D shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

The defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A’s status is the full-time representative of the G organization, Defendant B’s chairman of the G organization execution committee, Defendant C’s joint representative of the G organization, and Defendant D’s assistant.

Criminal facts

1. A person who intends to hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration by Defendant A, Defendant B, or Defendant C shall submit a report of assembly to the chief of the competent police station from 720 hours to 48 hours before commencing the outdoor assembly or demonstration.

On March 30, 2012, the Defendants knew that they passed the Daegu City Council Ordinance on Supporting Self-reliance of Persons with Severe Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as the “instant Ordinance”), and tried to hold a meeting before the Daegu City Council in order to demand the chairperson of the Daegu City Council and the full amendment of the said Ordinance in the process of the enactment of the instant Ordinance.

The Defendants, without reporting the meeting to the chief of the competent police station from April 3, 2012 to November 45, 2011: (a) held approximately 50 members of the G organization and approximately 50 members of the G organization in the Daegu-gu Dong-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) held in favor of the aforementioned members to make a speech on the passage of the Ordinance of this case and read out their shots, etc., and to eliminate the discrimination against the disabled; and (c) had the members, etc. participating in the above assembly take the banner and approximately 20 clickets to create reliefs of the above contents.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to hold an unreported Round meeting.

2. The Defendants’ co-principal (a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act) shall hold a non-reported assembly or participate in the above assembly as described in paragraph (1) and then H or Daegu City Council in relation to the Ordinance of this case.
