Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration of "2015 Godan490" shall submit a report to the chief of the competent police station from 720 hours to 48 hours before commencing an outdoor assembly or demonstration.

1. On April 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) held a briefing session in the form of a press conference with 50 members of the Daegu Suwon-gu Provincial Police Agency, located in the Daegu Suwon-dong from 11:00 to 11:52; and (b) held a meeting in the form of a press conference without reporting the meeting.

In the above assembly, “C organization” members are “justifiable.”

4. 24. On April 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 5 meters wide, 1 meter wide, and 1 meter wide, she opened a democratic assembly with the head of a police station, without submitting a report to the head of a police station under his/her jurisdiction, on April 29, 2015; (b) 3: (c) the Defendant opened a democratic assembly with the head of a police station under his/her jurisdiction without submitting a report to the head of a police station; and (d) 4: (c) the Defendant did not submit a report to the head of a police station under his/her jurisdiction on April 29, 2015; and (d) the Defendant did not submit a report to the head of a police station under his/her jurisdiction on April 10, 2015 to 11:5; and (e) the Defendant did not hold an assembly with the head of a police station under his/her jurisdiction, at the same time as the members of a 25th regional assembly.

The defendant shall have 2,350 persons, such as a building labor union and demonstration team, etc. under the Democratic Labor Team which participated in the above assembly from 15:23 to 16:30.
