1. All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Defendants.

3. Text of the judgment of the court of first instance;

1. The following facts may be acknowledged, either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings, each entry in Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 12 (including paper numbers):

Defendant A, against the Defendants by financial companies, borrowed each commitment amount from the EL branch card Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “EL branch card”), Hyundai Capital Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Moman Capital”) and the National Bank of Korea (hereinafter “National Bank”), with each content as indicated below, and Defendant B jointly guaranteed the Plaintiff’s obligations listed in paragraph (1) in the sequence below against the EL branch card.

(4) On June 30, 2003, the loan of 1 EL branch card No. 18,200 B 2 EL branch card No. 6,150,918 C 3 Hyundai Capital Credit Card No. 94,7764 on September 2001, 201, the credit card No. 13,390,00 EL branch card No. 200 on June 30, 2003, the loan of 1 EL branch card No. 18,200 B 2 EL branch card No. 2 EL branch card No. 200 on June 30, 2003, the credit card No. 1,390,000 EL branch card No. 4 on May 13, 2002 was transferred to the Korea Asset Management Corporation.

B. On May 13, 2005, the Plaintiff acquired each of the instant loans under the Asset-Backed Securitization Act from the Korea Asset Management Corporation, which is the final transferee of claims for loans under EL branch cards, EL branch cards, 2 and 3, and KB-2, which is the final transferee of claims for loans under 4, respectively, and on June 16, 2005, Defendant A consented to the said assignment of claims.

C. On June 16, 2005, the Plaintiff entered into a debt readjustment agreement between the original Defendant and Defendant A on the principal and interest of each of the instant loans as to each of the instant loans.
