Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The details of loan transactions between the Defendant and the following financial institutions and the amount of principal and interest that the Defendant owes as of October 27, 2013 due to the above loan transactions are as listed below:
No. 17% per annum from October 28, 2013 to the date of full payment, 17% per annum of 2,145,45,45,384 won, 5,644 won, 5,640,838 won in Seoul Guarantee Insurance Credit Card, 17% per annum from October 28, 2013 to the date of full payment, 17% per annum of 2,419,116 won, 1,042, 561, 6734, 2,575, 775, 275, 275, 219, 307, 375, 475, 207, 475, 307, 475, 475, 197, 308, 197, 197, 308, 197, 3604, 197, 36374,475 won.
B. On June 5, 2003, Lone Card Co., Ltd. transferred the claim corresponding to No. 2 through No. 5 of the above Table to the Korea Asset Management Corporation, and at that time notified the Defendant of the fact as a certificate with a fixed date.
Samsung Capital Co., Ltd. transferred on April 30, 2003 claims corresponding to No. 6 of the above table to the Korea Asset Management Corporation, and around that time notified the defendant of the fact as a certificate with the fixed date.
On March 31, 2003, Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. transferred the claim corresponding to No. 7 of the above table to the Korea Asset Management Corporation, and notified the defendant of this fact as a certificate with a fixed date at that time.
C. On May 13, 2005, the Plaintiff acquired each of the above claims from Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. and Korea Asset Management Corporation, and notified the Defendant of the fact as a certificate with a fixed date.

2. Judgment on the plaintiff's assertion
A. The plaintiff's assertion on May 13, 2005, in addition to each of the above claims (hereinafter "the claim of this case"), the plaintiff is against the defendant from Cho Heung Bank Co., Ltd.
