All appeals filed by the Defendants B and the Prosecutor are dismissed.

1. Reasons for appeal;

A. Defendant B’s punishment is heavy.

B. The lower court’s sentence against the Defendants on the prosecutor is somewhat weak.

2. After the judgment of the court below, the defendants' additional agreement with some victims or follow the deposit procedure is favorable to the defendants.

In light of the circumstances asserted by Defendant B on the grounds of appeal, including additional agreements, and all the circumstances asserted by the Prosecutor on the grounds of appeal, the lower court’s punishment is heavy or light, even if it is considered that the lower court’s punishment is heavy or light.

3. Conclusion, Defendant B and Prosecutor’s appeal against the Defendants cannot be accepted in entirety.
