All appeals filed by A and B and prosecutor against the Defendants are dismissed.
Reasons
1. Reasons for appeal;
A. The lower court’s punishment against Defendant A, B, and B is hot.
B. The lower court’s sentence against the Defendants on the prosecutor is somewhat weak.
2. There is no significant change in circumstances to consider the sentencing of the Defendants after the judgment of the court below.
In light of all the circumstances asserted by Defendant A, B, and the Prosecutor on the ground of appeal, the lower court’s punishment on the Defendants is heavy or light, even if it is considered that the lower court’s punishment on the Defendants is heavy or light.
subsection (b) of this section.
3. Conclusion, Defendant A and B’s appeal and prosecutor’s appeal against the Defendants cannot be accepted in entirety.
