1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiffs.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

1. Basic facts

A. The registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant and E with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “the instant real estate”) was completed with respect to each one-half portion of the instant real estate, and the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of E, the Defendant and the Defendant, who are the children of the Daejeon District Court, was completed on September 18, 2009, No. 81669, Sept. 25, 2009.

B. On September 18, 2009, E obtained a loan of KRW 900,00,000 from the Sstern Agricultural Cooperative (hereinafter “instant loan”). As a security, as to the entire shares of the Defendant and E in the instant real estate as to the entire shares of the Defendant and E, the registration of establishment of a collateral for the instant real estate was completed with the maximum debt amount of KRW 1,170,000,000 on September 18, 2009 (the date on which the registration of establishment of the above ownership was completed) as the maximum debt amount of KRW 81670 on September 18, 2009 (the date on which the registration of establishment of the ownership was completed).

C. As to the portion of the portion of the instant real estate E, for which Plaintiff A’s registration of creation of a neighboring mortgage on the instant real estate E portion has been completed, the registration of establishment of a neighboring mortgage by the Daejeon District Court (Seoul District Court Decision 50242, Jun. 15, 2010), was completed on June 15, 2010, the maximum debt amount of KRW 195,000,000, the debtor, E-mortgage, and Plaintiff A’s establishment of a neighboring mortgage.

The Cyber Agricultural Cooperative, the mortgagee of the instant real estate, filed an application for an auction to enforce the instant security right with the Daejeon District Court Branch. On May 30, 2012, the decision to commence auction had been filed on the same day, and the registration of the decision to commence auction was completed on May 30, 2012.

E. On June 11, 2012, on June 11, 2012, the right holder to receive the grounds for registration of provisional seizure Nos. 1 E and other matters for the purpose of registration, and the provisional seizure of shares No. 56752, Jun. 11, 2012, the claimed amount of KRW 150,000,00 Plaintiff A, Plaintiff A, the creditor of KRW 62317, Jun. 26, 2012, 2012.
