Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On September 25, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor by the Daegu District Court on the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 6 of the same year.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On September 25, 2012, around 13:20 on September 25, 2012, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a C-car owned by the C-A-A-U.S., in approximately 33.3km section, from around the 33.3km section.

B. At around 10:50 on March 28, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of about 75 km from the 10:50 square meters to the dwarfri-ri, Haak-gu, Haak-gu, Gyeongsan-si.

2. Illegal uttering of official documents;

A. The Defendant was found to have been driving a vehicle at the time and place set forth in paragraph 1(a) and discovered as a violation of traffic classification, and was demanded to present a driver’s license by Police Officer D of the Daegu Northern Police Station.

The Defendant, a public document he acquired and possessed before, presented the first class ordinary driver's license under the name of the Commissioner of the Gyeongbuk Police Agency, which is a public document that he had obtained and carried, as if he was the Defendant's driver's license.

B. The Defendant was required to present a driver’s license from a slopeF belonging to the Glilean Police Station for violating signal or instruction while driving the said vehicle at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1(b).

The Defendant presented the above E’s driver’s license, which is an official document he acquired and possessed before, and illegally displayed the official document.
