A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

. On November 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years on November 28, 2013 at the Incheon District Court on the grounds of the charge of forging Private Document, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 28, 2013.

On November 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased a forged resident registration certificate at the end of the end of 2012; (b) opened a mobile phone using a copy of the above resident registration certificate; and (c) received profits from selling it to an exporter, etc.

1. On November 20, 2012, the Defendant forged a private document at the above “C”, the Defendant entered “D”, “E”, “E” in the resident registration number column, “E” in the applicant column, and “E” in the applicant column and signed on the name next to the applicant column, using a forged copy of the D’s resident registration certificate purchased from the nondefed person.

As a result, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a letter of application for the SK cellphone subscription under the name of D, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and forged a total of 40 SK cellphone subscription application and a total of 12 LGU mobile phone subscription application from February 25, 2013, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).

2. The Defendant sent to G employees who are not aware of the forgery at the same time and place as paragraph 1 of this Article, using the document duly formed and the document duly issued as if the copy of the forged registration certificate was the document and the “sathoe-ray (transmission System connected to the main and agency)” at the same place as that of paragraph 1.

Accordingly, the defendant uses a forged SK cellphone joining application and a forged resident registration certificate copy, from that time, 40 forged SK cellphone joining application and a copy of forged resident registration certificate in Chapter 12 forged LGU mobile phone joining application and a copy of forged resident registration certificate in Chapter 52, such as the list of crimes (1).
