Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From September 2012, the Defendant purchased a copy of the forged resident registration certificate of KRW 100,00 to KRW 200,000 per copy from the seller of forged identification card D, and conspired to open a mobile phone with E along with the copy of the forged resident registration certificate or personal information recorded in the copy, and to acquire the device by fraud.
1. Crimes related to "F" at mobile phone sales stores;
A. A. Around June 5, 2013, the Defendant, without authority, provided a copy of the forged resident registration certificate under the name of H purchased from D with the intent of exercising the authority at the office of “F” office of mobile phone sales store located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and, by using this, the Defendant arbitrarily drafted an application form for the purchase of the H in the name of “H”, “I” in the resident registration number column, “I” in the customer address column, “H” in the resident registration number column, “I” in the resident registration number column, “H”, and “H” in the signature column, and signed by the signature column and signed by the name. From that time to July 3, 2013, the Defendant arbitrarily drafted the application form for the purchase of the H (State) LG PP PP mobile phone under the name of H, a private document on rights and obligations, and then forged the application form for the purchase under the name of H, such as the list of crimes (1).
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with E, forged 72 copies of the application for joining the mobile phone which is a private document related to rights and duties without authority.
B. On June 5, 2013, the Defendant, along with E, submitted to the person in charge of receipt of the application for subscription of the (ju)LG Splos and a copy of the resident registration certificate under the name of the Si interest market, which was forged, as the Defendant and the Defendant conspiredd, at the above F mobile phone sales store office, as seen above, to the employee in charge of receipt of the application for subscription of the (ju)LG Splos and a copy of the resident registration certificate under the name of the Si interest market, which was forged.
