Punishment of the crime
On March 10, 2014, at around 00:20, the Defendant driven a B-car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.203%, from the vicinity of the B-dong B-dong B-dong B-dong, Busan to the return of it to the Busan Dong-gu. In addition, the Defendant driven a B-car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.203%.
