Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2013, at around 22:42, the Defendant driven a B multilateral cargo vehicle with approximately 2.5 kilometers in front of the Gando-dong in Busan Metropolitan City, under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.254 percent, in front of the Gandong-dong in Busan Metropolitan City, in front of the Gando-dong.
