Punishment of the crime

On October 1, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of 0.083% of blood alcohol concentration at around 23:52 on October 1, 2013, the Defendant driven B vehicle at approximately four kilometers in the direction of approximately four kilometers in front of a master water purifier located in the Sinsan-dong, Busan Metropolitan City (Yeong-dong).
