A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall use, export or import drugs or substances containing such drugs, which might be misused or abused, are not used for medical treatment, lack of safety, and may, in case of misuse or abuse, lead to severe physical or psychological dependence.

Although the facts charged are not stated, this part was added ex officio.

1. Since 5F-UR-144, 5F-KB-48 using temporary psychotropic drugs are substances publicly announced by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety as temporary psychotropic drugs on May 21, 2013, the part of the charges stated as psychotropic drugs was revised as temporary psychotropic drugs. A.

On June 4, 2013, the Defendant is “synthesis marijuana (hereinafter referred to as “synthesis marijuana”) 5F-UR-14, 5F-KB-48, a temporary psychotropic drug, ordered and delivered by the U.S. website, at an underground warehouse of the U.S., Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seoul, Seoul, and around 30 minutes.

Using approximately 0.5g, tobacco coloned tobacco colonies, puts the synthetic marijuana into the tobacco, put them in it, and used the same synthetic marijuana in such a way as to smoke by attaching a fire.

B. At around 11:00 on June 10, 2013, the Defendant used synthetic marijuana in the first floor smoking area of the building C, using approximately 0.5g of synthetic marijuana in the foregoing manner.

C. At around 18:30 on June 11, 2013, the Defendant used synthetic marijuana using approximately 0.5g of synthetic marijuana in the second floor toilets of the C building in the above manner. D.

On June 18, 2013, at around 1:00 p.m., the Defendant used synthetic marijuana by using approximately 0.5g of synthetic marijuana in the underground warehouses of the above C building in the above manner.

E. On June 19, 2013, the Defendant used synthetic marijuana at around 19:00 p.m. using approximately 0.5g of synthetic marijuana in the smoking area of the first floor of the C building in the above manner.

F. On July 1, 2013, the Defendant used approximately 0.5g of synthetic marijuana in the first floor smoking area of the said C building at around 11:00 a.m.
