Punishment of the crime

1. 모욕 피고인은 2018. 10. 12. 02:40경 서울 서초구 B건물, 1층에 있는 ‘C’ 주점 안에서 영업시간이 끝난 이후에도 나가지 않고 잠을 자던 중, 위 주점의 종업원 등 3명이 있는 가운데 112신고를 받고 출동한 서울서초경찰서 D파출소 순찰2팀 소속 경장 피해자 E, 같은 소속 경위 피해자 F, 같은 소속 경장 피해자 G이 피고인을 깨워 귀가를 종용한다는 이유로, 피해자들에게 “알았다고 이 새끼야, 그렇게 한가하냐 ”, “꼴깝 떨지 말고 이 새끼들아!”, “너네는 똥파리들이야. 부르면 오는 똥파리들.”이라고 말하며 두 손으로 파리가 날갯짓을 하는 흉내를 냈다.

Accordingly, the Defendant insultd each victims publicly.

2. On October 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00, the Defendant attempted to take a knife onto the patrol vehicle with the front and rear knife of the patrol vehicle, which the police officers boarded outside of the instant “C” station; (b) on October 12, 2018, the front and rear knife of the patrol vehicle.

The Defendant continued to stop the front of the patrol vehicle to move, brought the police officers to take a hand, and ordered the chief glass of the patrol vehicle once a drinking.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with police officers' legitimate performance of their duties concerning crime prevention, public peace and maintenance of order.
