Punishment of the crime

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts such as the Mediation, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (the brokerage, etc. of commercial sex acts), Defendant B is a person who operated commercial sex acts in the name of “G” under the lease of Ctel D, E, and F, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and Defendant A is a person who worked as the head of the said commercial sex acts

From October 2017 to January 31, 2018, Defendants conspired to employ I, J, etc. as an employee engaged in sexual traffic, put an advertisement into the name of "G" in the name of "K," which is a commercial sex trade advertising site, "K," etc., under the condition that they pay KRW 70,00 to KRW 70 to KRW 120,00 per time through H job placement advertisement at the above commercial sex trade business establishment, and let female customers, including M, who reported the above advertisement, choose the courses determined on the basis of the required time and method of sexual traffic, and visited the above I and J et al., to visit the above officetels to have them choose the courses determined on the basis of the required time and method of sexual traffic, and to have them pay KRW 130,00 or KRW 260,00 for sexual intercourse and similarity.

As a result, Defendants conspired to act as a broker for commercial sex acts.

(b) They shall not engage in job placement, recruitment, or supply of workers with intent to have them find a job in a job in violation of the Occupational Stabilization Act, sexual traffic, or any other job that commits an obscene act;

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired to do so at the same place as the preceding paragraph from December 15, 2017 to January 31, 2018, and from H job offer advertisements to pay KRW 70,000 to KRW 120,00 per time of sexual traffic, the Defendants recruited the said I and J, and had the said I and J engage in engaging in the business of engaging in sexual traffic as provided in the preceding paragraph.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with the above A to recruit workers for the purpose of having them be employed in a job in which sexual traffic is conducted.

2. On March 22, 2018, Defendant B’s sole crime was committed at the meeting room of the Seoul detention center, which was located in 143, Gangyang-si, Jinyang-si around 10:46.
