A Imprisonment for 8 months and fines for 10,000,000 won, Defendant B’s fine for 2,50,000 won, and Defendant C’s fine for 800.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendant B are the owners of “E”, and Defendant B served as the head of office and the women of sexual traffic from around October 2016 to around October 2016.

From Jun. 2016 to Oct. 17, 2016, Defendants: (a) leased two floors of Seoul Seocho F building from Oct. 1, 2016 to Oct. 17, 2016 ( Provided, That Defendant B, from Oct. 2016, to Oct. 17, 2016), installed two floors of the Seoul Seocho F building; (b) installed four rooms of CCTV, such as a stringer, steel mold, security camera, and one room, etc.; (c) advertised the said business in the name of “E” in the Internet site, such as “G; and (d) advertised women, including H, who were employed through the job offer advertisement, waiting in the atmosphere of the said business site; (d) reported women, including H, who received KRW 70,00 for the price for commercial sex acts from male members, including H, and provided them with a stude guidance for the price for commercial sex acts; and (e) caused them to interfere with the sexual organ of female women, including H.

As a result, Defendants conspired to act as commercial sex acts such as brokerage.

2. Around October 17, 2016, Defendant C issued 70,000 won to A as the price for sexual traffic and received a studio guidance, and had H, which entered the studio by introducing A, do the act of similarity, such as having the Defendant take the part of the Defendant’s sexual organ, in the above “E” room.

Accordingly, the defendant committed sexual traffic.
