1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, including the Mediation, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (hereinafter referred to as sexual traffic brokerage, etc.), the Defendant recruited to operate the B and the sexual traffic business establishment. On February 6, 2016, the Defendant leased the first underground floor of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I to KRW 15 million and KRW 1.8 million monthly rent, and the Defendant established 8 guest rooms where a simple shower room was installed at this place, and started business with the “J”.

On April 26, 2018, the Defendant, in collusion with B, reported the advertisement posted on “K”, an advertisement site for commercial sex acts, and received 80,000 won in cash from L customers who were found to have engaged in commercial sex acts, and had his employees M engage in similar sexual intercourse in a manner that stimulates L's sexual organ by hand.

The Defendant, in collusion with B, employed employees M, N,O, etc. at the above business establishment for about 18 months from February 6, 2016 to April 2017, and arranged commercial sex acts by the aforementioned method.

2. No person who violates the employment stability Act shall provide any job placement service, recruitment of workers, or supply workers with the intention to have them find a job in sexual traffic or any other job in which sexual traffic or other obscene acts are conducted;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with B, posted a letter of job offer at “P,” etc., which is an advertising site for commercial sex acts, and recruited the Defendant as an employee on January 2, 2018, for the purpose of operating commercial sex acts and engaging in commercial sex acts.

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic (mediation, etc. of sexual traffic) is a person who has operated a sexual traffic establishment under the trade name of "J", and A is a person who has worked for the night office of the said sexual traffic establishment.

The Defendant, in collusion with A, shall start from October 2015 (the foregoing A from February 6, 2016 to the lower police officer on April 2017), and start from the first police officer on December 2017 to the lower police officer on April 6, 2017.
