Punishment of the crime

At around 23:25, the Defendant driven a blood alcohol concentration of 0.116% in a state of 0.16%, and proceeded with approximately 200 meters from the front of the Ulsannam-gu, Ulsan-gu, and the south-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, to the southsan post office located in Ulsan-gu.
