Punishment of the crime

On October 17, 2014, at around 23:25, the Defendant driven a B Lart car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.112% in the front of the Gangnam-gu Elderly Welfare Center located in the same Gu and located in the same Dong-dong on the roads adjacent to the mutual influent restaurant located in the Nam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Ulsan-gu.
