Punishment of the crime

On December 5, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “If he/she had to pay money in the place where he/she had worked, he/she would pay money in advance, he/she will pay the money in the car page operated by the victim, and will work in the car page operated by the victim.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the above victim, he did not have the intention or ability to work in the car page operated by the above victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 3.5 million won from the said victim to the NongHyup Bank account (W) in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

Around 22:30 on December 19, 2019, the Defendant stated that “A victim A, the owner of a Zine located in Gosung-si in the front of the shipping Daegu X in Busan, would have to perform work in the Zine, but if I want to do so, I would have to repay the loans of KRW 350,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,00

However, from the beginning, the Defendant tried to acquire the money under the name of advance payment without the intention to work in the multi-party operated by the said victim. Even if receiving the money from the said victim, the said victim did not have any intent or ability to work in the multi-party operated by the said victim.

Accordingly, the defendant received 3.5 million won from the above victim to the above Nonghyup Bank account and acquired it by fraud.

around 12:00 on April 23, 2020, the Defendant made a false statement to the Victim AC, stating that “AC remains at a reduced amount of money to be worked prior to his/her home, and if 3.5 million won is lent, she will pay the money and work at a multilateral operated by the Victim from the day of his/her home to the day of his/her home.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the above victim, the above victim is operated.
