Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 8, 2019, at around 22:45, the Defendant took care of C and four police officers who were under investigation into other cases at the office B of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Northern Police Station B located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 406, the Defendant took care of the victim D (the age of 49) who is the police officer belonging to the said police station, without any justifiable reason, for the following reasons: “The police boms, such as width, must be cut off and detained within two years; “The flaps must be taken off and detained”; “the flaps must have the inside; the flaps must have the inside;” and “the flaps is a politically bad flaz.”

Accordingly, the defendant openly insulting the above victim.
