A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:00 on April 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim’s interior of the building in excess of the above solid fence by using the crepans in front of the victim’s “D” operated by the victim C, which was located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan; and (b) stolen it with scrap metal such as new stocks and ice leasing equivalent to 300,000 won at the market price of the victim’s ownership.
