A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 1658"

1. At night, around 01:00 on July 9, 2019, the Defendant got into the construction site managed by the victim C in the Manyang-gu B, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, and came into a place around the site and prepared in advance the amount equivalent to KRW 50 km in the market value of KRW 110,00,00,000, and loaded in the Manan-si.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by others at night, and stolen the property.

"2019 Highest 1720"

2. From April 2, 2019, around 03:22, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim nine times in total, from that time until April 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) had approximately 5-7kg of new shares (waste water pipe) at which the market price on the part of the victim, which was kept in custody in front of the property in front of the property, using a cresh that the victim F was laid off; and (b) had a total of nine times as indicated in attached Table Nos. 1 to 7, 10, and 11.

3. At night, on April 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the upper body through a door opened by the Victim F, which was operated by the Victim F, for the purpose of theft of new shares; (b) committed a theft with approximately 5-7 km of new shares, the market price of which is in custody in the upper body; and (c) committed a theft, from that time, until April 14, 2019, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim by intrusioning the structure two times at night, such as the No. 8 and No. 9, in the list of crimes in attached Form 8 and No. 9.
