A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:20 on September 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) expressed a 136 copy culture center distance at the end of Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, the 136-gu Culture Center; (b) the police officers affiliated with the transportation control division of the So-gu Police Station, which had been driven by the vehicle of So-gu, the Defendant, who had been driven by the vehicle of So-gu, and driven by the vehicle of So-gu, who had been driven by the vehicle of So-gu, in order to interfere with the person who was requested by the above B to take a drinking test; (c) carried the clothes of the above D in his hand; and (d) continuously prevented the police officers affiliated with the Ku-gu Police Station E-gu, the Defendant carried out the duties of the police officers in order to prevent them from drinking.
