1. The plaintiff
A. As to the real estate stated in paragraph 1 of the attached list, Defendant B shall be the Jindo District Court, Jindo Registry Office, 2008.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The deceased D (the deceased on March 13, 2002, hereinafter “the deceased”) and the plaintiff are married with a couple. Defendant B and E, F, G, H, and I are children between the deceased and the plaintiff. Defendant C is the children of Defendant B and the plaintiff.
B. The land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as “each of the lands listed in the separate sheet”) is the land owned by the Plaintiff and the land listed in the separate sheet No. 2 through 7 is the land owned by the deceased.
C. Under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Transfer of Ownership of Real Estate (amended by Act No. 7500 of May 26, 2005, hereinafter “Special Measures Act”), Defendant B obtained each of the following certificates from the guarantor with respect to each of the instant land from the guarantor and obtained each of the same certificates from the head of Jindo-do Gun based on each of the above certificates, and completed the registration of transfer on the land of this case as to the land of this case as to the land of this case No. 8706 of April 16, 2008 and No. 6254 of April 16, 2008 as to the land of this case as to the land of this case No. 2 through 7 of this case by the same registry office.

D. After completing the registration of ownership transfer under the name of himself/herself in accordance with the Act on Special Measures for each of the instant land, Defendant Jindo Agricultural Cooperatives (hereinafter “Defendant Jindo Agricultural Cooperatives”) completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the instant land with respect to the land Nos. 1 through 4, and 6, the registration of ownership transfer for each of the instant land was completed on October 14, 2016 by the same registry office as the receipt No. 763 of Jan. 28, 2009, and the registration of ownership transfer for each of the instant land was completed on October 14, 2016 by the same registry office as the receipt of No. 8706, Oct. 19, 2016.
