1. The plaintiffs' respective claims against the defendants are dismissed in entirety.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. In around 1949, Plaintiff B married with the deceasedO (hereinafter “the deceased”), three children, including Defendant C (PP), Plaintiff A (PP), and F (RR).

B. On April 10, 1989, the deceased and the defendant C were 30 m2,235 m2, 3,35 m2, 197 m2, 268 m2, 268 m2, 17 m268 m2, 177 m2, 177 m2, 135 m2, 135 m2, and 135 m2, and 135 m2, of each of the instant lands owned by the deceased (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant lands”) between the deceased and the defendant C on April 10, 1989.
