Defendant
A is the actual representative of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., which is a subordinate company of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., and is a person who acts for the business owner for the safety and health of his employees. Defendant B is a corporation established for the Gangnam-si E-si, Gyeongbuk-si, and the victim F (50) is a subordinate company of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., and Defendant A is the actual representative of the company established by Defendant A in the name of the wife for the supply of human resources of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd.
1.
