Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On April 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment by the Incheon District Court due to the intrusion of a structure at night, theft, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the prison of North Korea on March 7, 2018.
[Criminal facts]
1. On May 7, 2018, around 20:11, the Defendant: (a) destroyed a cre in which employee’s surveillance was neglected before the “EM” operated by the victim D in Bupyeong-si, Bucheon-si; (b) caused the theft by putting one string in his/her hand one if the market price owned by the victim, which is equivalent to KRW 30,000,000, was stored on the display stand adjacent to the entrance.
2. On May 9, 2018, the Defendant, at the “HPC room” managed by the victim G, located in Bupyeong-si F on May 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by citing the fact that the calculated worker was kept in custody of the cash amounting to KRW 30,000,000 in the victim’s possession, which was located on his/her book.
3. On June 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by citing a type of telephone portable phone with a face-to-face amounting to KRW 650,000,00 and a face-to-face mobile phone with a face-to-face amounting to KRW 650,000,000 in cash, where the victim K was placed adjacent to another victim under the influence of alcohol in the office of “J Bana” (hereinafter “J Bana”).
4. On June 6, 2018, at around 04:46, the Defendant: (a) stolen two telecomked and stolen two telecoms in which the cash amounting to 66,000 won owned by the victim, which had been kept in custody, was included in the “NPC room” managed by the victim M, the victim M, located in Seocheon-si L.
5. On June 17, 2018, at around 15:00, the Defendant entered a entrance open in the “Pel” 5-story equipment storage room located in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, the Defendant: (a) caused a theft of a room for female use in the market price, including one cell phone, one portable phone, 14,000 won in cash, one transportation card, etc., which was located on the top of the line; and (b) caused a theft of a room for female use in the market price.
Accordingly, the defendant's property is the victims.
