Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On October 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment by the Cheongju District Court for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) at the Cheongju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the 2nd intersection of the North Korean Island on June 15, 2016.

1. A. On May 21, 2017, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s house located in Jincheon-gun LOOO of the building located in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun with cash of KRW 300,000,000 in the victim’s clothes.

B. On June 8, 2017, around 18:30 on June 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s cresh in a fluor in which the victim’s O was placed on the table table, with one LG options G-pro-pro-pro-Carrying phone in an amount equivalent to KRW 100,000,000, in which the victim’s market price on the table was on the table table.

On June 11, 2017, from around 12:00 to around 15:00, the Defendant stolen the gap of the victim S's drinking alcohol and diving in Q convenience angle, with one LG mobile phone, one cash 20,000 won, one corporate bank crow, and one corporate bank crow, in which the market price owned by the victim S was located in the part of other victims, in Q convenience angle.
